Description
The Tormaresca winery lies in the picturesque but sometimes harsh lands of Minervino Murge. This may be one of Italy's less fashionable wine regions but when Villa Antinori gets involved (as they have) then we should all sit up and take notice. Far from trying to impose methods, the winery has simply seen investment and encouragement to create wines of regional character and quality as they undoubtedly are.
Tasting notes
A very drinkable Chardonnay indeed. Clean citrus flavours mingle with hints fresh Puglian fruit to create a medium bodied white wine.
