Hine VSOP is crafted from eaux‑de‑vie rooted in Grande & Petite Champagne, distilled over lees for roundness, and aged in lightly toasted French oak. It carries the house’s signature style, refined but friendly, pretty but serious. Serve it neat, over ice, or in a cocktail that lets its bright character shine.
Tasting notes
Floral and fruity, think jasmine and apricot framing the nose. Then orchard fruit, vanilla, and soft oak on the palate, finishing with white pepper warmth and subtle spice.
