SCOTCH WHISKY
There are hundreds of distilleries in Scotland, but in order to officially call their product scotch whisky, there’s a criteria they must meet. It must be made from malted barley, it needs to be matured in an oak cask for no less than three years and it must be no less than 40% alcohol volume. Scotch whiskies are often known for their smoky and earthy flavours.

IRISH WHISKY

AMERICAN WHISKEY
