About this cocktail
Set the bar high with this modern take on a martini. The Doctor’s Rumtini blends Bullion Spiced Gold Rum with dry sherry and homemade honey water for a smooth, subtly sweet cocktail that’s anything but ordinary. Rich, golden and full of character - it’s an easy win for cocktail night at home.
Method
- For Honey Water: 50 ml runny honey + 25 ml hot water, stirred to combine.
- Stir all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass until well chilled
- Strain into a frozen pony glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist
